Q1. How to get samples for testing ?
A1: Please select the samples you are interested, then we will
proceed with sample invoice. Samples will be shipped out by
ourselves or via your carrier account after confirmation.
Q2. How to order?
A2:
1. Tell us which models, Quantity, color you want to order
2. We will make PI(Proforma invoice) for your order to confirm
3. Checking the PI, we will delivery the goods ASAP when we
received your payment. And the shipping cost is depending on the
weight.
Q3: What is your terms of delivery?
A3: FOB/CIF/Door to Door/By air as you like.
Q4: What’s your MOQ?
A4: 3000pcs. For our first cooperation, your small order is
acceptable like 1000pcs, but the price is a little highly, you
know, the price is based on quantity.
Q5: What is the sample lead time & production lead time?
A5: The stock sample 1 day, making sample 5-7 workdays after
received your sample charge. The production lead time depend on
your order quantity, about 25-30 days based on MOQ.
